About My Clients
I specialize in helping adults and adolescents struggling with anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. I support many who are navigating various life and health changes, including pregnancy, postpartum mental health, and new parenthood. I also work with many individuals who identify as sensitive and reflective; who are seeking to cultivate more confidence, self-worth, and authenticity within themselves and their relationships.
My Background and Approach
I earned my MSW from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and have completed training through the UNC Dept. of Psychiatry Child and Adolescent Clinic, AEDP Institute, Postpartum Support International, and Brain-Based EMDR. I value working with adults and adolescents diverse in identity and community.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I enjoy working with young people seeking to become more independent as they transition into adulthood, and adults of all ages seeking to deepen or recover meaning, purpose, and authenticity amid the challenges other life chapters present.
