About My Clients
My clients are often women and parents who appear to have it all together but feel overwhelmed underneath. They may struggle with anxiety, burnout, people-pleasing, or repeating patterns in relationships they don’t fully understand. Many are used to prioritizing others’ needs and find it hard to slow down or care for themselves. They’re thoughtful, self-aware, and ready to better understand what’s driving these patterns so they can feel more grounded, confident, and in control.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a background in early childhood, attachment, and trauma-informed care. I bring a warm, collaborative approach and draw from evidence-based practices to help clients understand how past experiences shape current patterns. Together, we build insight and practical tools to support meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, supported, and empowered.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy should feel safe, supportive, and collaborative. Each person’s story is unique, and lasting change comes from understanding—not judgment. I believe our past experiences, especially early relationships, shape how we see ourselves and others, but they don’t have to define us. With the right support, people can build insight, develop healthier patterns, and feel more grounded, confident, and in control of their lives.
