My Background and Approach
Get past insomnia using the first-line recommended therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), as well as mindfulness and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) practices. Heal from binge and emotional eating with comprehensive and effective tools for food and body image issues. Mindful CBT and somatic therapy available. I am not contracted with any insurance companies. However, some insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network providers.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I use multiple, evidence-based therapeutic approaches that are tailored to each person. I am a licensed clinical psychologist and an experienced mindfulness educator. I am a member of the Society of Behavioral Sleep Medicine and World Sleep Society.
