My Background and Approach
I have experience working with a variety of ages and populations. I am interested in working with late teens, young adults, and older adults. As your counselor, I utilize a person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and mindfulness-based approaches within my counseling practice. I specialize in working with clients that may be dealing with anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, and stress management. I also have experience working with individuals that may be experiencing stress related to career development and school related concerns. I am committed to providing outstanding services to all clients. I understand that every client’s journey is unique and I aim to provide each individual with the resources and support needed to excel at their own personal growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I value the relationship between myself and the client and feel that by creating a collaborative relationship based on mutual trust and respect. I aim to create a space for all to feel, embrace, and explore. My compassion for others continues to motivate me everyday to create the necessary change in the world.
