About My Clients
You look high-functioning on the outside—but your relationships, emotions, or sense of self may tell a different story. Sound familiar? You may be stuck in painful relationship patterns, drawn to emotionally unavailable or narcissistic partners, struggling with identity instability, emotional overwhelm, chronic emptiness, or the lasting effects of trauma.
My Background and Approach
My clinical approach is rooted in Jungian depth psychology. I explore unconscious processes, archetypal patterns, complexes, dreams, symbolic material, and early relational experiences that shape personality development and emotional suffering. Therapy is viewed not only as symptom reduction, but as a process of individuation and deeper self-understanding. To support this analytic work, I integrate EMDR, parts work, and somatic therapy. These adjunctive modalities help regulate trauma-related hyperarousal and nervous system dysregulation, creating greater capacity to engage safely with unconscious material and facilitate lasting psychological growth.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Many struggles in relationships for my patients—especially patterns involving intensity, abandonment fears, identity instability, love addiction, limerence, and fawning—are rooted in deeper experiences of trauma, including narcissistic abuse, coercive control, childhood sexual trauma, and cult or controlling environments. Healing happens by addressing these patterns at the root, building self-trust, establishing healthy boundaries, and developing the capacity for secure, authentic intimacy.
