My Background and Approach
I am a queer-identifying therapist who uses humor, humility, and compassion to help those I work with. I use a holistic approach to therapy meaning I look at the "whole person" rather than zeroing in on one piece of your identity. I believe in creating a safe and inclusive queer environment where we can work on goals together. My therapeutic approach is informed by my practice and training in motivational interviewing. I am also inspired by both Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy skills. My intention is to get to know you and your needs so we can find the best approach for you. Whether you're working through school or work difficulties, mental health struggles, or working to find who you are as part of the LGBTQ2+ community, I am here to work with you.

I am a member of the LGBTQ2+ community. I believe firmly that you deserve to be heard and understood. No matter where you're from, who you have been before, or what labels you may have-- you deserve to be heard. I am here to listen to your story and help you find the next chapter.
