About My Clients
I enjoy working with young adults who are searching for greater clarity, direction, and purpose in their lives. Many of my clients find themselves at a crossroads—navigating career decisions, relationships, identity, or the transition into adulthood—and are looking for a deeper understanding of who they are and the life they want to create.
My Background and Approach
My approach to therapy is collaborative, practical, and focused on helping clients create meaningful change. I primarily work from a Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) perspective, emphasizing strengths, existing resources, and realistic steps toward the future clients want to build. Rather than focusing solely on problems, I help clients identify what is already working, clarify their goals, and develop actionable strategies that align with their values.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe lasting change comes from understanding the whole person—not just the problem they bring into therapy. Our thoughts, emotions, behaviors, relationships, environment, and sense of purpose are all interconnected. Rather than viewing symptoms in isolation, I take a holistic approach that explores how these different aspects of life influence one another. I believe every person has the capacity for growth, resilience, and meaningful change. My role is to help clients gain clarity, recognize their strengths, develop practical solutions, and build a life that aligns with their values and purpose. Together, we focus not only on resolving current challenges but also on creating a foundation for lasting well-being and fulfillment.
