About My Clients
I believe that understanding and embracing our unique experiences is crucial for personal growth and mental well-being. For over 10 years, I have worked with LGBTQIA2S+ and/or neurodivergent teens and adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, and trauma-related distress. Together, we can meet goals related to mental health, self acceptance, and self compassion.
My Background and Approach
With degrees in psychology, neuroscience, and social work, I have developed a dynamic understanding of mental well-being. I specialize in anxiety spectrum disorders, including generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic disorder, and post-traumatic stress. My approach empowers my clients using evidence-based techniques with a queer-affirming lens.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
If you choose to work with me, the most important component of our work will be the relationship we build. My style is nonjudgmental and curious; I respect each person’s autonomy, pace, and unique experiences. In time, we will navigate the complexities of mental health while celebrating growth, healing, and self-empowerment.
