About My Clients
The clients that come to Mosaic Minds Counseling are looking to grow through compassionate support and challenging. The majority of those who work with us are adults of various ages, but our therapists also have experience working with couples, families, and children/teens. We specialize in working with those with OCD, anxiety/phobias, depression, trauma, attachment issues, life changes. We also have therapists that specialize additionally in grief, ADHD, and chronic illnesses.
My Background and Approach
Our therapists are able to use a variety of approaches, such as the following: -Cognitive Behavioral Therapy -Exposure Response Prevention -Dialectical Behavioral Therapy Informed Techniques -Person Centered Therapy -EMDR for trauma -Acceptance and Commitment Therapy -ADHD specific interventions Our therapists also heavily emphasize building a strong therapeutic relationship with the clients that they work with. They want to make sure they are providing the space that you need and helping you reach the goals that you have for yourself. They are the type of individuals who welcome feedback, as well.
