Many women silently carry overwhelming anxiety, depression, burnout, or emotional exhaustion while continuing to show up for everyone else. If you feel constantly on edge, depleted, irritable, or no longer like yourself — you are not alone! I work closely with women navigating pregnancy/postpartum, stress, mood disorders, and major life transitions that can intensify these feelings. My goal is to help clients move from surviving to functioning, and ultimately to feeling calmer & confident.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with women experiencing mood and anxiety disorders, including perinatal mental health concerns, and provide a safe space where you don’t have to minimize your struggles or hold everything together. Our process focuses on practical tools to reduce anxiety, improve mood, and build resilience, while also exploring deeper patterns. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance Commitment Therapy in my work with clients.
