About My Clients
We work with adults of all ages, adolescents and children as young as four. All of our Psychotherapists are Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists with extensive training in counseling psychology. Psychotherapy is a means of intentionally using various communication methods and techniques to alleviate a person’s distress and disability, and to improve their overall well being. This may involve individuals, couples, families and/or groups.
My Background and Approach
We work from many modalities and theories. We will cater to each client or family that enters one of our rooms to be sure that we can help improve their quality of life. As a collaborator with you, we will address your presenting problem and work to get you to a healthier level of functioning.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
There are many reasons why someone would seek Psychotherapy. Generally, these are situations or conditions that create emotional and psychological stress that interfere with daily functioning. This can be in relationship to others (ie. family, friends, co-workers, associates), or difficulty with individual problems and concerns.
