About My Clients
Is your life interrupted by emotional dys-regulation? Or perhaps you struggle with OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma, or grief/loss. No matter your experiences, background, or culture I want to to help you to find the techniques that strengthen your ability to cope with life's challenges and live an authentically healthy life. Using a variety of therapeutic modalities including ERP, CBT, and DBT, I aim provide person-centered and respectful sessions to help you identify and address your emotional and mental concerns. I am available for virtual and in-person settings.
