My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe it's important for individuals of all ages to have their voices heard and validated. Everyone goes through times of trials and tribulations and may not have the appropriate coping tools or knowledge of healthy tools to help them overcome and manage what they are dealing with. Especially with sudden life changes such as chronic pain, illness, or caregiving. These can produce feelings of uncertainty, anxiety, depression, fear-avoidance, and burnout. In my personal and professional life I have be involved with people who suffered from chronic pain, illness, and suffered from caregiver burnout myself. I can all be overwhelming but you can come out of it, with more strength, understanding, and knowledge of yourself and others.
