About My Clients
I am passionate about bringing healing to people and helping them overcome their personal and relational struggles in order to live more meaningful, empowered, and peaceful lives.
My Background and Approach
I worked at inpatient psychiatric hospitals and outpatient mental health facilities, before starting private practice, and I use an empathetic, non-judgmental, and person-centered approach. I have training and certifications in various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and I tailor each individual therapeutic journey to the client's needs, strengths, and goals for the most individualized and effective treatment plan. My educational background includes a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, a clinical internship at Northwell Health's Zucker Hillside Hospital, and a certificate in Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) from the Albert Ellis Institute in New York.
