My therapeutic approach is holistic and tailored to your unique needs, integrating tools from CBT, ACT, Mindfulness, and Attachment-based therapy, while utilizing Somatic and Narrative techniques. We will look closely at the emotional, cognitive, social, and existential dimensions of your life to build practical coping skills and strengthen your relationships. My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a first-generation Chinese American immigrant, my path to becoming a therapist grew from my own journey of reclaiming my identity. Caught between traditional family expectations and corporate success, I had it all on paper but was running on empty inside. A panic attack forced me to pause and face deep existential questions about what I truly wanted. Through my own therapeutic healing and mindfulness, I broke away from old scripts and discovered my true self. Today, I help those drowning in the demands of life, questioning their purpose, or navigating major identity transitions. Together, we will unpack the pressures holding you back, unearth your authentic self, and reconnect you with your own innate wisdom.
