About My Clients
I have experience working with individuals with various marginalized identities, including but not limited to racial minority, LGBTQIA folx, and immigrants. I also have experience working with trauma, family of origin issues, self-esteem issues, relationship concerns, body image issues, vocational/academic issues, & multicultural concerns.
My Background and Approach
I tend to focus on establishing a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients. I value authenticity and collaboration in therapy. I believe that you know yourself the best, and my role is to walk with you and help you on your journey of self-understanding, self-acceptance, and self-actualization.
