About My Clients
My ideal clients are individuals and couples. Specifically, Individuals exploring who they are while navigating anxiety, depression, or ADHD symptoms. Additionally, I work with couples longing to feel close again after repeating painful patterns. I especially support those healing from past hurt or IPV. In our bilingual space, you’ll find safety, compassion, and the hope to reconnect with yourself and the people you love
My Background and Approach
As a bilingual therapist, I bring a compassionate, culturally attuned approach to healing and connection. My background in Marriage & Family Therapy has taught me to view challenges through a relational and systemic lens—seeing how our stories, families, and identities shape the way we love and live. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, or identity struggles, and with couples longing to break unhealthy patterns, rebuild trust, and communicate with more care. With experience supporting survivors of intimate partner violence, I offer a safe and empowering space for you to explore your voice, boundaries, and hopes for change. My style is collaborative, warm, and direct—I believe in combining insight with practical tools that help you move forward. Whether we work in English or Spanish, my goal is to help you reconnect with your strength, your story, and your relationships.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is not just about symptom relief—it’s about liberation. My work is rooted in anti-racist, anti-capitalist, and decolonial values that recognize how systems of power shape our mental health, relationships, and sense of worth. I reject the idea that healing means simply “fixing” yourself to fit into oppressive structures. Instead, I invite clients to explore how resilience, rest, and resistance can coexist. I hold space for the ways racial trauma, cultural expectations, and neoliberal ideals of productivity intersect with personal pain. In our work, I aim to honor your lived experience while helping you reconnect to community, culture, and collective care. Healing is both personal and political—and I see therapy as an act of reclaiming your voice and your right to live with dignity, joy, and connection.
