Anxiety and depression often have to do with living a life outside of the present...over-worrying about the past and what should have been and consumed with what we wish for or fear in the future. Mindfulness has been a great tool to help patients to deter from their worries and anxiety start to live life more fully, feeling more and feeling more joy, purpose and inspiration, motivation.
