My Background and Approach
I'm a couples and individual therapist who works from a warm, direct, sex positive style. I'll be honest with you about what I'm noticing, even when it's uncomfortable, because I believe that honesty is what actually creates change. My approach is grounded in the Gottman Method, a research-backed model for couples therapy, which I'm currently completing advanced training in. I have particular experience working with infidelity and out of control sexual behavior, along with recurring conflict, communication breakdowns, and disconnection. Our work together isn't just talk. It's built around concrete tools for rebuilding trust and creating real emotional connection, so you leave sessions with skills you can use immediately, not just insight.
