I earned my doctorate in Clinical Psychology at Boston University. I was a post-doctoral fellow at Boston Child Study Center and completed my predoctoral internship at New York-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Parent Management Training, and have certification in the Modular Approach to Therapy for Children with Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, or Conduct Problems and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy for Selective Mutism. Additionally, I have training in the implementation of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy strategies. By using evidence-based practices, I support my clients in learning and using skills to effectively cope with difficult emotions, decrease their distress, and enrich their lives. My goal is to help clients feel empowered to manage tough situations and build resilience in the face of future challenges.
