About My Clients

Are you feeling the weight of emotional pain holding you down? Do you feel that others just don't understand what you are going through? The silent pain of depression, anxiety, trauma, or grief can keep you from fulling participating in every day activities. It's hard for others to understand the hurt that you try to power through every day. I'm here to tell you that you don't have to go through this alone. I help by giving you the space and tools to heal, grow, and build resilience.

My Background and Approach

My clinical approach is informed by cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused interventions, and a person-centered framework. My work is grounded in empathy, empowerment, and respect for each person’s journey. I have a background in helping survivors of domestic violence gain autonomy through crisis intervention and safety planning. I also have experience using trauma-informed approaches that help individuals feel safe and empowered. I focus on collaboration and developing goals based on your specific needs.
