About My Clients

I walk alongside adults moving through life's many transitions—pregnancy, new parenthood, the early years of raising a family. Especially mothers who look "fine" but feel depleted or lost in the shuffle, and young adults and professionals used to holding everything together yet quietly worn out. Because culture and identity shape all of this, I welcome clients from multicultural backgrounds who'd rather not translate the parts of their story that matter most. Let's walk this season together

My Background and Approach

I'm a psychotherapist with a whole-person lens, drawn to what helps people not just cope but thrive. I hold a Master of Social Work and a Master of Public Health in maternal and child health, and I work with emerging adults and up moving through life's many transitions: pregnancy, new parenthood, and the quieter turning points of young adulthood and professional life. I especially welcome clients from multicultural backgrounds who'd rather not have to explain or translate the parts of their story that matter most. My approach is warm, honest, and trauma-informed. Our past experiences shape how safe and grounded we feel, often more than we realize, and together we'll gently unpack the patterns keeping you stuck so they loosen their grip. From there, we draw on the strengths you already carry. My hope is that, over time, you can live in a way that reflects your values and truly enjoy the moments that matter, rather than just getting through them.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe that when our actions and our values are in alignment, we feel a deep sense of groundedness—and that so much of our struggle comes from the gap between the two. We are shaped by our history and by the environments we live in, often more than we realize, and these forces quietly influence how safe, connected, and at home we feel in our own lives. Struggling doesn't mean you're failing. Usually it means you're carrying a lot, and we were never meant to carry it alone. My hope is not simply that you get through, but that you thrive: that together we can identify the patterns that are no longer serving you, understand them with compassion rather than judgment, and gently loosen their grip. From there, we draw on the strengths you already carry, so you can live in a way that reflects who you truly are and genuinely enjoy the moments that matter. Everyone deserves a caring, honest presence in the seasons when the weight becomes too much to hold on your own.
