About My Clients
I have worked with a variety of populations and have spent the majority of my career working with couples dealing with communication issues and conflict as well as bariatric clients that struggle with a poor relationship with food, body image and eating disorders. Whether relationship issues or weight management issues many experience underlining symptoms such as anxiety and depression. We can help you to gain the necessary coping skills to live well.
My Background and Approach
As a military veteran I understand the trials and tribulations that can come along with that experience. I have the ability to speak the language and provide the crucial coping skills needed to assist in everyday living. In my years of practice, I have found success with using an integrated approach with a firm Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) base to help you think outside the box. Why? Because everything doesn’t work for everybody.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that there is no shame in asking for help as we all need help at some time or another in our lives. You hold the key to the happiness that you seek, I am only here to help you find it from deep within. I will meet you where you are and help you to break through that wall that is holding you back from your full potential. I guarantee to be my true authentic self and I hope to create a safe space for you to do the same.
