About My Clients
When individuals are experiencing challenges and confusion in their lives they often seek counseling with a trained professional. Although it is a big step, most feel that it was a good decision. My mission as a counselor is to ease emotional suffering and promote well-being in the lives of others. I help individuals lean into difficult emotions, have tough and productive conversations, and learn to take care of the mind, body, and spirit on a regular basis.
My Background and Approach
I listen closely, and I take care to develop a trusting relationship with each client. I help my clients clarify what they long for most, and I use evidence-based strategies to help them reach their goals. There is no "one size fits all" approach to wellness, you will receive individual treatment to address your unique circumstances.
