Whether you’re facing anxiety, trauma, or feeling stuck in body or food struggles, our work together will focus on slowing down, listening to what your body is holding, and gently finding new ways forward—ways that feel real, grounded, and sustainable. We help you reconnect with the parts of you that already know how to heal.
My Background and Approach
Wholeness begins when your mind, body, and spirit align. The tools I use are often simple and easy to apply. Things like somatic experiencing, breathwork, Kundalini practices, psychodrama, IFS, and bioenergetics. What makes them powerful isn’t just the tools themselves, but when and how we use them. The majority of clients notice a real shift starting from their very first session.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Change is the one constant in life. Seeing my own evolution over time reminds me that growth is always possible — and that belief sits at the heart of my work with clients. The work we do together comes from a place of lived experience, not just training. I’ve walked through discomfort, asked hard questions, and committed to evolving—and I invite my clients into that same space. Outside of sessions, I find joy in motorcycling, pottery, meditating, and walks on the beach. These things help me stay connected to who I am.
