About My Clients
My clients are anyone who presents me with an opportunity to help them. I believe in allowing my clients to drive the course of their path to treatment as they travel on their journey to healing. I serve as a personal coach to navigate to my clients while I embrace their ideas and support them through the process. I include a variety of activities and techniques to address some of the issues that are overwhelming and stressful in life.
My Background and Approach
I have been practicing for several years. I do sessions with individuals, children, adolescents, teens, couples, families and groups. I also do consulting work as requested. I earned a Masters’ Degree from Northcentral University in Marriage and Family Therapy with a specialization in General Family Therapy. My therapeutic approaches are Solution-focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gottman Techniques, Motivational interviewing, and play therapy. I also work with pre-marital couples.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I understand that life presents challenges, and obstacles . It can be difficult to navigate through stressful and sometimes chaotic moments. when anxiety, depression or low self-worth get in our way. We believe, however, that growing and healing comes from being in relationship with one another, and in fostering a positive relationship with oneself.
