I work with clients struggling with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, low self-esteem, trauma, grief, and attachment issues. Therapy can be a great way to navigate negative experiences.
My Background and Approach

There's a huge stereotype behind therapy of being "meant for crazy people" and I'm here to tell you that's far from the truth. Therapy is for anyone who is seeking growth, resilience, empowerment, and self-acceptance. I believe everyone deserves a chance to change and grow.
