My Background and Approach
As a PhD level psychologist, I have the highest level of clinical and academic training. My bespoke approach to therapy tailors sessions to your goals and needs. With expertise in both psychotherapy and high-level coaching, I can blend them when appropriate. This facilitates emotion-based therapeutic work and progress towards clear and measurable goals. Whether you simply need some coping strategies or something deeper is at play, therapy with me is grounded in mindfulness, emotional intelligence, and cognitive behavioral approaches while interweaving a deep understanding of how past experiences influence present thoughts, emotions, and choices to help you create the change you desire.
