About My Clients
In an effort to support my clients, I use different techniques to promote healing; providing a safe space for Georgia residents to hope, to conquer, and to tune in to their God-given ability to overcome. Where there is healing there is hope.
My Background and Approach
In 2006 I came to the United States with the idea of completing my Civil Engineer Degree. It made sense after four years of sleepless nights in Cuba to finish it. However, after having a personal experience with my God and Creator my vocation changed. Instead of following what made sense, I followed my passion: helping others. In 2011, I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Point University with a Bachelor of Science in Counseling and Human Services. Following, I was accepted as a graduate student at Liberty University. Every step thereafter has taken me to be a fully-licensed therapist in the state of Georgia. I strongly believe every client is unique so that I have an eclectic approach to counseling, integrating person-centered, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, CBT, and DBT interventions to meet the needs of my clients. Today, I am truly blessed to share my story with you and I prayed I can be of help.
