About My Clients
I work with client who wish to learn how to manage symptoms of anxiety, depression, adhd and interpersonal conflicts. Most of my client have experienced trauma and benefit from trauma informed treatment as well as culturally sensitive treatment. My clients are age 12 and older and usually seek individual therapy or family therapy.
My Background and Approach
I completed my Masters Degree at Fordham University in 2020. I have been working in the mental health field for the past 7 years in multiple settings including outpatient, IOP, residential, intensive in home services and private practice. I take a holistic approach to treatment and I am very passionate of including the client in setting their own goals in treatment.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My passion is to help my clients find their voice, learn how to love themselves, and advocate for themselves. Social justice and respect is important to me.
