My Background and Approach
My approach to helping my clients begins with encouraging clients to learn more about themselves. I take clients through conversations about their values: what’s important to you and ways i can help you on the path of becoming who you are! I then empower clients to identify and leverage their individual strengths, including their resilience in past experiences. Additionally, I also draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy to teach clients how to assess their thought patterns for roadblocks, assumptions, or harmful self-talk.

I believe the you are seeking for help because you are ready to make that change. You are here to learn and exercise that emotional muscle you might have been neglecting for years. I believe happiness is a skill and if you don't use it you lose it. We will collaborate to make positive and measurable progress towards your goals as i believe you are finally ready for!
