As a wife of a veteran I had personal experience with the challenges that military life brings. For that reason I sough and completed my doctoral internship training in a V.A. Health Care System.

Life with PTSD becomes overwhelming. My expertise includes using Cognitive Processing Therapy, exposure therapies, and emotion regulation modalities to improve functioning and quality of life. My clients learn how to engage life instead of avoid life.

Anxiety disorders are paralyzing and impair a good quality of life. My experience includes using exposure therapies, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy. I have experience treating clients with a variety of disorders such as agoraphobia, panic disorder, obsessive compulsive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder and social phobia.
