I believe in collaborative work and meeting you where you are. I present myself as a fellow traveler who happens to have experience helping others with tools to build a meaningful life. Therapy is about self-discovery and growth in a safe environment free of judgment. I remind myself that being human is about being imperfect and with if we, you and me, are willing to make course corrections in our lives we can grow and thrive.
