About My Clients
I specialize in working with high-functioning adults who feel stuck in repeating emotional and relationship patterns, especially when previous therapy hasn't gone deep enough. I also work with teenagers who are beginning to notice anxiety, pressure, or confusion about who that are and where they are headed. Early on, these patterns can feel overwhelming but highly workable.

With over 23 years of experience, I offer a warm, and thought ful space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin to make sense of what's keeping you stuck. My approach goes beyond surface-level coping. Together, we will look at deeper level patterns shaping your reaction, relationships, and sense of self, often rooted in earlier experiences. I integrate approaches like EMDR, CBT, IFS, and ACT to help process what hasn't' fully resolved, so the change you are looking for isn't just something you understand - but something you actually feel and live.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone is trying and many are misunderstood. In my years of working with several populations, a few things has been clear to me: We all have strengths and we all want our strengths to be noticed, we are all inherently good inside, in our quest to find the right therapist, everyone of us want to be understood and heard. I believe deeply in forgiveness and having those hard conversations to move to the next level of relationships and goals. It you work through the stickiness of life, you can put yourself in the position to experience the sweetness of it too. I'm honored to walk you though this process!
