About My Clients
I work with teens and young adults who are navigating trauma, grief, PTSD, and major life transitions. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed, lonely, or unsure where they fit as they move through breakups, family divorce, loss, peer stress, cultural family conflict, college transitions, intense career stress, or aging out of foster care. I help clients build support, process painful experiences, and feel more grounded in who they are.
My Background and Approach
When we work together, we can focus on improving your insight and coping skills, that will provide you a meaningful, lasting change. I help clients process trauma, manage grief, strengthen self-esteem, and build healthier ways to cope with stress, loneliness, and life transitions. My approach is warm, supportive, and trauma-informed. I work to create a space where clients can better understand what they are carrying and begin moving forward with more clarity and confidence.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
In the first session, we’ll talk through what has been going on, what feels most important right now, and what kind of support would feel most helpful. We’ll begin identifying the experiences, stressors, or losses that may be affecting you and start building a plan that feels manageable and clear. My goal is for the first session to feel supportive, grounded, and useful.
