About My Clients
I help youth who are feeling sad, anxious, overwhelmed, or going through a big change in their life. Whether a child is navigating anxiety, depression, emotional outbursts, social challenges, or simply needs a safe space to process life’s complexities, I’m here to help guide that journey with compassion, empathy, and creativity.
My Background and Approach
I earned my Master’s degree from the University of Southern California (USC) School of Social Work, where I built a strong foundation in clinical practice and child development. My approach is highly individualized and collaborative. I tailor each treatment plan to the unique needs, strengths, and goals of the child or teen I’m working with. No two clients are alike, so I draw from a range of evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), play therapy, and expressive art therapy to support growth, emotional regulation, and resilience.
