About My Clients

I specialize in supporting LGBTQ+, neurodivergent, kink, ENM, and sex-worker-affirmative individuals, as well as those navigating social stigma, trauma, or feelings of disconnection. Whether you’re exploring your identity, healing from shame, or working through relationship challenges, I provide a compassionate, non-judgmental space tailored to your needs. I also work with foreign nationals and those feeling displaced, helping you find belonging, build resilience, and create meaningful change.

My Background and Approach

As a UK-licensed therapist and registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I bring years of experience and specialized training to my trauma-informed coaching practice. I hold a BSc in Counselling, an MSc in Gender and Sexuality Studies, and a Post-Masters Certificate in Trauma-Informed Clinical Practice from NYU. My approach is deeply empathetic, collaborative, and grounded in care, creating a safe space where clients feel truly seen and supported. Drawing on my expertise in LGBTQIA+ identities, neurodivergence, relationship dynamics, and resilience, I tailor sessions to empower you to overcome challenges, build self-awareness, and create a fulfilling, meaningful life. Whether healing from past trauma, navigating relationship dynamics, or exploring identity, my goal is to help you develop the tools to thrive with confidence and authenticity. Together, we focus on growth, emotional well-being, and lasting change. You are not alone.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe in creating a world where everyone feels seen, valued, and celebrated for who they are. As a queer professional, I am deeply committed to supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals, neurodivergent communities, and those navigating stigma, marginalization, or systemic injustice. I am passionate about fostering inclusivity and honoring the unique identities and experiences of each person I work with. My work is informed by values of compassion, equity, and empowerment, and I strive to create a space that feels safe, affirming, and free of judgment. I actively support causes promoting LGBTQ+ rights, racial justice, and mental health awareness. My commitment extends to challenging internalized shame, dismantling stigma, and helping individuals reclaim their narratives. Whether navigating identity, relationships, or life transitions, I believe in the power of resilience, connection, and authenticity to transform challenges into opportunities for growth.
