About My Clients
I work with adults and young people navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity exploration, and major life transitions. Many carry intergenerational or systemic stressors and want healthier patterns in relationships, boundaries, and self-worth. My clients are often first-gen, BIPOC, creatives, helpers, or cycle-breakers who value a safe, inclusive space to reflect, heal, and grow.
My Background and Approach
I hold a Master’s in Social Work from CSU East Bay and have practiced as a clinical therapist for five years. I also bring fifteen years of community organizing, advocacy, and expressive arts work. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, holistic, and evidence-based. I specialize in psychedelic and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy, intergenerational trauma, anxiety, depression, and complex trauma. I integrate creativity, somatic practices, inner child work, and storytelling to support deeper emotional processing. I am committed to decolonizing mental health and centering your voice, offering tools that honor your resilience and lived experience. Together, we co-create a healing process that brings relief now and supports lasting transformation.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is a collaborative process rooted in dignity, culture, and care. My work is guided by social justice values and honors the wisdom of ancestors, communities, and lived experience. I am passionate about decolonizing therapy, breaking cycles of harm, and creating spaces where people can show up as their whole, authentic selves. Outside the therapy room, I engage in community arts projects, advocacy, and mentorship. I find joy in dance, movement, time in nature, and creative expression, and I deeply value the role of spirituality and play in healing.
