I use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you navigate PTSD symptoms such as re-experiencing events, hyperarousal, hypoarousal, and psychological rigidity. Together, we focus on specifically targeting the behaviors that fuel these symptoms. This approach results in an increased ability to be present and aware of your emotions without becoming overwhelmed by them. Our goal is to help you build a fulfilling life despite the challenges posed by painful, traumatic experiences.

As a woman, wife, mother, psychotherapist, and life coach, I have worked with - and experienced myself- a broad range of concerns and challenges that impact a woman's mental and emotional well-being, including those related to gender, societal expectations, and unique experiences, such as reproductive health and aging.

I help you develop a healthier relationship with anxious thoughts, feelings, memories, and emotions while increasing your psychological flexibility.
