About My Clients
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” Carl Gustav Jung. This quote is the best answer to the questions: “What is therapy?”, “Do I need therapy?”, and “Why to be in therapy?”, this is the best place to start. When we find ourselves in the darkness, overwhelmed by depressed feelings or anxious thoughts, feeling helpless or maybe even feeling trapped, losing hope and not seeing the way out, it is hard to remember that you are not alone.
My Background and Approach
Inspired by the history of psychoanalysis, in my work I apply psychodynamic and existential theories that allow us to look deeper inside, to find and understand what these patterns are that our brain learned while growing up and despite not working for us they keep affecting our lives, but the good news is - what our brain learned it can relearn. In my work I apply a systemic approach. I believe that humans are holistic beings, and everything is connected. And if you create a change in one part of the system it is inevitably will bring changes to other parts. We will work together on making these changes mindfully. Therapy is not about changing someone it is about finding our true self. Yes, our environment shapes us, our ways we make decisions and act, but life is too short to waste it on blame and hatred, the moment of “Here and Now” is all we have. If you decide to take this journey I will go with you, every step on the way.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Therapy is not about changing someone it is about finding our true self. Yes, our environment shapes us, our ways we make decisions and act, but life is too short to waste it on blame and hatred, the moment of “Here and Now” is all we have. I have been fortunate to travel and live in different countries around the Globe, learn about different cultures and speak different languages. I have a deep understanding of cultural differences.
