With over a decade of experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds, I specialize in supporting Asian Americans in navigating these difficulties.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My path to becoming a mental health counselor has been deeply influenced by my immigrant experience. Experiencing and witnessing the struggles of my immigrant family and friends made me want to help others face similar difficulties. While I observed those challenges, I was equally fascinated by the resilience of individuals to heal and improve despite adversity. This inspired me to become a therapist so I can support others in building and using that resilience to overcome emotional or external challenges. Becoming a therapist has been a journey of personal healing and reflection for me, and I hope to use my skills to lessen emotional pain and promote well-being for those in need.
