I have gained an understanding of how anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief impact our daily lives in negative ways, My practice is based on two principles: Science and Compassion. As an immigrant, I understand firsthand how frightening, and traumatizing that experience can be. I am also an advocate for communities facing historical and social challenges, including LGBTQ+ individuals and minorities affected by systemic barriers.

Several theories shape my practice from psychodynamic to somatic work gear to reset the nervous system and to foster the possibility for change. My goal is to collaborate with you so that you can take the lead on your path to recovery, self-efficacy, emotional regulation, self-determination, and the achievement of your goals.
