About My Clients
I work with adults who are feeling overwhelmed by trauma, grief, anxiety, or major life transitions. Many of the clients I support are navigating emotional pain, stress, or changes that feel difficult to manage alone. I offer a compassionate, bilingual space in English and Spanish where clients can feel safe, understood, and supported as they work toward healing and balance.
My Background and Approach
I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern (RMHCI) in Florida. My training and clinical experience focus on trauma-informed care, grief and loss, anxiety, and life transitions. I work bilingually in English and Spanish, which allows me to support clients in the language they feel most comfortable expressing themselves. My approach emphasizes safety, collaboration, and emotional understanding, helping clients make sense of their experiences and develop coping skills that feel realistic and supportive. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their concerns, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change at their own pace.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens best in spaces where people feel respected, safe, and understood. I value compassion, cultural humility, and meeting clients where they are, honoring their personal experiences, identities, and values. I am committed to creating an inclusive and supportive therapeutic space where clients feel empowered to share their stories and work toward growth at their own pace. As a bilingual clinician, I am especially mindful of cultural and family dynamics and the importance of feeling seen and heard in one’s own language. I strive to approach therapy with empathy, curiosity, and respect, recognizing each client’s resilience and capacity for healing.
