About My Clients

I enjoy supporting women and individuals during the perinatal and postpartum period as they transition into parenthood. I have training in perinatal mental health, pregnancy loss, parenting, relationships, and trauma. As well as supporting folks navigating life transitions and adjustments.

My Background and Approach

My approach is warm, genuine, and tailored to each client. My theoretical orientation is integrative encompassing a multicultural, positive psychology, strengths-based approach, as well as the incorporation of Trauma-Informed Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. It is an honor to create a safe space with clients that encourages curiosity, embodiment, growth, & healing.
