My goal is to help you create the life you want in a welcoming environment where you can safely explore what's pushing you forward, and what's holding you back. Spirituality is an important part of what makes you uniquely YOU. Ever wonder if this world - and your life in it - make any sense at all? Well that's a spiritual question. Your spirituality is a part of your story, and your story is important.
My Background and Approach
As a spiritually integrated caregiver I encourage you to draw on your own spiritual and/or religious resources for coping and problem solving. Don't believe anything at all? Not sure what you believe? Not a problem. It is crucial that you feel truly seen and heard in your full humanity, and that all your different parts - your beliefs, practices, values, and struggles - become part of the conversation.
