About My Clients
As a relationship, perinatal & parenting specialist, I offer individual and couples therapy. Many of my clients experience anxiety, depression, loneliness, and low self-esteem. Many of my clients are looking for support during their transition to parenthood - which may involve challenge or heartbreak along the way. No matter where you are in your path towards become a parent, if you are feeling isolated, lost or confused about your experience, you are not alone. Therapy with me can help.
My Background and Approach
My aim in therapy is to create a safe space for deep exploration, processing and growth. I believe therapy should help increase insight and self-awareness so you can begin to make the best choices for your authentic self. Together, we will uncover patterns that are holding you back and keeping you stuck, while providing you with the tools you need to move forward towards the life you desire. With specialized training and experience in working with women during pivotal life transitions, I have developed my practice around empowering women, couples and families to find individual and collective healing and happiness. I specialize in relationship issues, perinatal mental health and parenting support. I have worked with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, and am LGBTQ+ affirming.
