About My Clients
I enjoy working with the adolescent, teen, young adult, and adult populations. I have a passion for helping individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, self esteem, trauma, and abuse/domestic violence. It’s important to me that my clients feel heard, as well as gain an understanding of how unresolved, past events can manifest into the present.
My Background and Approach
I have experience working with individuals, couples, and the LGBTQ+ community. My therapeutic approach is to meet my clients where they’re at, while providing encouragement, as well as a safe and nonjudgmental space.
