About My Clients
My clients are anxious professionals who have taken all the “right” steps only to wonder why they aren’t feeling satisfied. They share that I have helped them work through anxiety, insomnia, or stress from high-intensity careers. I enjoy helping people find sustainable work-life balance, in addition to moving through grief and loss.
My Background and Approach
Expect that in sessions I’ll be supportive, warm, and casual, while keeping us focused to make progress in treatment. My approach uses humor, common sense, and intentionality which balances support with accountability. My clients have shared feeling “hopeful,” “empowered,” and “ready for positive change.” I work with clients in both English and Spanish.

I firmly believe that therapy should be practical, relatable, and tailored to you. I understand the pressures and challenges of balancing a rich personal and professional life. My approach integrates cognitive-behavioral techniques with common sense, humor, and lived experience, empowering you to assert your needs, find your version of balance, and overcome self-doubt, living in a way that authentically aligns with your values. While I’m intentional in addressing more apparent problems on the surface, I enjoy supporting clients in long-term growth and fulfillment. Together, we'll navigate life's complexities with clarity, resilience, and compassion.
