About My Clients

Do you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or misunderstood? Whether you are navigating constant worry, overthinking, social exhaustion, relationship challenges, or avoiding the things you wish you could do, you deserve support. My clients are children, adolescents, or adults navigating anxiety or life as a neurodivergent person. Others are parents looking for guidance or strategies to better support their child. My clients are ready to achieve real and lasting change.

My Background and Approach

My approach to therapy centers on a collaborative partnership: you are the expert on your own life and I bring expertise in science-backed therapy strategies. I begin by learning about your history, strengths, challenges, and goals to ensure that the advice I offer is informed and personalized to you. I aim to build a trusting relationship because I know that sharing vulnerable information takes courage. Oftentimes, clients come to me when they are having a particularly difficult time, and I hold the hope for them until they are able to do this for themselves. Our sessions will be active and goal-orientated. I draw on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and neurodiversity-informed strategies to help you build skills that will help you achieve your goals. My therapeutic style blends empathy with directness, guiding you with both warmth and intention.
