About My Clients
I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and life transitions who are ready to create meaningful change. Many feel overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain and want greater clarity, emotional balance, and confidence. Together, we explore unhelpful patterns, strengthen coping skills, increase self-awareness, and build practical tools for lasting growth. My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate space where healing and personal growth can begin.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe each person has unique strengths, and therapy should be tailored to your individual needs, values, and goals. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness techniques to help you better understand your thoughts, regulate emotions, and develop healthy coping skills. My goal is to create a safe, supportive, and judgment-free space where you feel heard, empowered, and encouraged to make meaningful, lasting changes. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I have experience supporting adults through anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, grief, and major life transitions. I am committed to helping clients build resilience, increase self-awareness, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe healing happens through genuine connection, compassion, and feeling truly heard. Every person has a unique story, and I strive to create a safe, inclusive, and judgment-free space where clients feel accepted and empowered to grow. I value authenticity, resilience, and the belief that meaningful change is possible, even during life's most difficult seasons. My role is to walk alongside you, offering support, guidance, and practical tools while honoring your values and goals. Outside of therapy, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, reading, learning new skills, and continuing my professional development. I value faith, personal growth, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance, which helps me remain present and grounded for the clients I serve. I believe self-care and lifelong learning are essential to both personal well-being and effective therapy.
