Whether that relationship is with family, friends, lovers, or yourself – healthy relationships are important. My goal is to create a safe space to explore intimacy, relationships, and your truth. As a therapist, it is my job to help remove the stigma around sex, intimacy, and pleasure. I am honored that you have chosen me to guide you through this process and hope to provide you with the tools you need to be a healthy well-rounded person, couple, and/or family unit.
My Background and Approach
I am passionate about authenticity and inclusion. It is important to me that everyone feel free and safe to be themselves to the fullest. This includes being yourself when it pertains to sex, intimacy, and pleasure. When I began my journey to become a therapist, I knew that sexual health was something important to me and I want everyone to experience sexuality in a full and healthy way.
